The e-mail, dated February 12, 2007, states in relevant part:<span class=\"caps\"><\/span><span class=\"caps\"><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>These are new and updated <span class=\"caps\"><\/span><span class=\"caps\"><\/span><span class=\"caps\">USA <\/span>documents which can be used with the media or friendlies.
