She suggested to the Committee that the Deputy Attorney General, Paul McNulty, had not been forthright with the House Judiciary Committee in his testimony on the firing of the US Attorneys. Later in the hearing, she also appeared to admit to break laws on using political considerations in making hiring decisions.<\/p>\n<p>In her prepared remarks, Goodling blamed the Deputy Attorney General for much of the controversy.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;Goodling was later quizzed by Rep.
