Last week, Seymour Hersh <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newyorker.com\/reporting\/2007\/06\/25\/070625fa_fact_hersh\">revealed <\/a>that the Army&#8217;s lead Abu Ghraib investigator, retired Major General Anthony Taguba, believes that responsibility went up the chain of command. But he was not allowed to investigate higher-ups.<\/p>\n<p>Congress has not yet conducted a serious investigation.<\/p>\n<p>But thanks to some intrepid reporters, the time of speculation may be ending.
