The 2008 elections are the distraction, not impeachment. <\/p>\n

Impeachment is not a distraction for our military that sees our once
\ninvincible force being destroyed.<\/p>\n

Impeachment is not a distraction for the families of the 380,000 soldiers
\nand private mercenaries that are occupying Iraq. <\/p>\n

Impeachment is not a distraction for the families of the 6,000 who have
\ndied in Iraq, American and coalition forces and mercenaries. Nobody asks
\nanymore of the many who have died in Afghanistan.<\/p>\n

Impeachment is not a distraction for the families of the nearly 1,000,000
\ndead in the Middle East because of this administration.<\/p>\n

Impeachment is not a distraction for the 70 million people of Iran that
\nthis administration is threatening with aggressive war. <\/p>\n

Impeachment is not a distraction for the millions whose votes were not
\ncounted or who were kept from voting in the 2000 and 2004 elections.<\/p>\n

Impeachment is not a distraction for those whose great grandchildren will
\nbe indebted by the money stolen by this administration.<\/p>\n

They now can jail us without trial and torture us without prohibition.<\/p>\n

They now can convict and execute us on secret evidence at sham trials.<\/p>\n

Never forget this Congress that after we gave them the power to stand up
\nand defend us against this tyranny is too distracted to do so. <\/p>\n

Why should we think of 2008 when you, Congress, will then tell us to think
