Central Valley – A former CIA analyst will present arguments for the impeachment of President Bush and Vice President Cheney Sunday at Monroe-Woodbury High School.
\nRay McGovern will talk about what he says are impeachable offenses by the president and vice president starting at 2 p.m. in the high school auditorium. The forum was organized by Citizens for Impeachment and other local groups.
\nMcGovern served as an analyst for 27 years, starting with the administration of John F. Kennedy and continuing through George H. W. Bush’s term.
