The ACLU has been reviewing the letters and the accompanying documentation over the past few days.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Once again, the Bush administration&#8217;s unchecked authority has led to abuse and civil liberties violations,&#8221; said ACLU Executive Director Anthony D.
