Marjorie Cohn, President of the National Lawyers Guild and Professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and Stephen Rohde, Constitutional Lawyer and former President of the ACLU of Southern California and the Beverly Hills Bar Association, will discuss the purpose of impeachment, the separation of powers, and the legal definition of impeachable acts.<\/p>\n<p>    The educational panel discussion will be held in Forum I at Golden West College, 15744 Goldenwest St., Huntington Beach. Doors will open at 6:30pm. College parking lot entrances &#8220;C&#8221;\u009d and &#8220;D&#8221;\u009d on Goldenwest St. are convenient. Parking is $1.
