And he could make history again by being the first U.S. president to be impeached and removed from office. So far, only Presidents <a href=\"http:\/\/www.history.com\/this-day-in-history\/president-andrew-johnson-impeached\" target=\"_blank\">Andrew Johnson<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.history.com\/this-day-in-history\/president-clinton-impeached\" target=\"_blank\">Bill Clinton<\/a> have been impeached by the U.S. House of Representatives. But both were acquitted by the Senate, so they got to finish their terms. That means The Donald could set a new precedent by being the first commander-in-chief to get turfed.<\/p>\n<p>Here are 10\u00a0things that could lead to impeachment.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Interpretations of the Constitution<\/h3>\n<p>Technically there are only three grounds for impeachment. According to Article II, Section 4 of the <a href=\"http:\/\/constitutionus.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">U.S. Constitution<\/a>, &#8220;The President, Vice President, and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and conviction of, Treason, Bribery, and other High Crimes and Misdemeanors.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The first two conditions are fairly clear, but that last point is open to much interpretation.
