The fifth seems to be on its way. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/PfAw0a0hfU\">pic.twitter.com\/PfAw0a0hfU<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Robert Reich (@RBReich) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RBReich\/status\/839665620325040128\">March 9, 2017<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>He said Mr Trump is &#8220;&#8216;unfaithfully&#8217; executing his duties&#8221; by accusing former <span class=\"vm-hook-outer vm-hook-default\"><span class=\"vm-hook\">President<\/span><\/span> Barack Obama of &#8220;undertaking an illegal (and impeachable) act.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Last weekend, Mr Trump <a href=\"http:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/news\/world\/americas\/us-politics\/donald-trump-impeachment-barack-obama-wiretapping-claims-harvard-law-professor-noah-feldman-a7616241.html\">accused Mr Obama of wiretapping his phones in Trump Tower<\/a>, though he provided no evidence for his claim.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesman for Mr Obama denied he ever ordered the wiretapping of any US citizen.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Reich <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RBReich\/status\/839665620325040128\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">also said<\/a> although part of the constitution forbids government officials from taking things of value from foreign governments, &#8220;Trump is making big money off his Trump International Hotel by steering foreign diplomatic delegations to it, and will make a bundle off China&#8217;s recent decision to grant his trademark applications for the Trump brand \u2014 decisions Chinese authorities arrived at directly because of decisions Trump has made as president.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>China recently <a href=\"http:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/news\/world\/americas\/china-donald-trump-branded-without-us-congress-permission-trademarks-spas-escort-services-hotels-and-a7619136.html\">granted preliminary approval for dozens of Trump-branded businesses<\/a>, including new hotels, spas, massage parlours and personal security services.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 140%; font-weight: 500;\">Continue Reading<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Independent &#8211; There are now four grounds to impeach Donald Trump and a fifth is &#8220;on its way&#8221;, according to former Labour Secretary Robert Reich.
