Impeachment for Trump’s Deputy National Security Advisor, Kate McFarland
We Impeach has created a tool making it easier to impeach Deputy National Security Advisor, Kate McFarland, should the public decide impeachable offenses have occurred.
Federal officers are in a position to abuse the public trust, and so the founders ensured that federal officers could be held accountable by putting impeachment in the Constitution. Here at We Impeach, we believe it is important to remind these public officials that the threat of impeachment is real, and that they will be held accountable should they abuse their power.
We promote the use of a procedure in the House of Representatives where citizens can initiate impeachment of federal officials. This process has been used to successfully impeach a federal judge in Missouri. The U.S. Constitution stipulates that the impeachment process applies to “The President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States.” Indeed, this includes Kate McFarland.
We’ve been developing tools to make impeachment more accessible to the average citizen. Our most recent development is an online tool that allows you to submit a Formal Impeachment Memorial. It invokes the same rule of the House of Representatives that the Missouri citizen used when impeaching that federal judge (Judge James Peck). And now you can use it to submit your own memorial to initiate the impeachment of Kate McFarland.
Do you feel McFarland has already abuse their power? Send your memorial today. If McFarland has shown a likelihood to abuse power, let them know your intention to impeach them should they follow through. Send them a link to their impeachment page on our website as a gentle reminder of their responsibility to uphold the Constitution, and serve the public.

IfP announces the release of the Trump Formal Impeachment Petition. This method for impeaching a President uses a rarely used part of the Rules of the House of Representatives (“Jefferson’s Manual”). This document empowers individual citizens to initiate the impeachment process themselves. Our previous versions of this document were merely PDFs that people could download and send in themselves. This left us without the ability to track our progress toward impeaching any particular individual. Upon the inauguration of President Donald Trump, we have released a new version of the document that can be filled out online, and will allow us to track the progress nationwide, and state-by-state, as individuals fill out the petition.
