No one has the right to remove any constitutional legal process from the intrinsic right of the American people to maintain a society of laws.

That the Democrats stated “Impeachment is off the table” and can claim they did not promise to impeach Bush and Cheney, in no way excuses them from their constitutional obligation to do so now.
