Coleman’s job-approval rating slipping, new poll finds
Push to get instant runoff on St. Paul ballot nears goal
Republican U.S. Sen. Norm Coleman, already in a dogfight to hang on to his seat, is watching his ratings numbers slide, with the latest poll showing just a 43 percent job approval.
A new tracking poll from Survey USA shows that 48 percent of Minnesotans now disapprove of the job Coleman is doing, while 9 percent remain undecided.

That’s a slip from last month, when the same poll showed a 48 percent job approval rating for Minnesota’s senior senator.
