[VIDEO]: History Channel Admits Anthrax Attacks were “an Inside Job”

Wouldn’t a real President insist on a comprehensive investigation knowing that military grade anthrax held under top security was used in these attacks shortly after 9/11? Why has there been no thorough investigation?
