Patriots for Corporate Rights cross ugly line

At least Patriots for Corporate Rights, an ultra-conservative organization, has the integrity to say what so many other NeoCon, conservative and Republican groups do not – that spilled American blood is “an acceptable price” for access to increased oil profits.

  1. Jak: You appear to be saying that because its website is hosted somewhere, and that it’s hosting company shows up in the whois, that that means it’s not real. That’s not very logical, or correct. They’ve had protests in public. I’d say that shows that they are indeed an organization of people.

  2. I’m trying to help you. That’s not a real group. Just take a closer look at the website. You should see what I mean. If you still don’t see it, then look at their whois:

    http://www.iwhois.com/index.php?lookup=Lookup&clean=true&domain=http%3A%2F%2Fcorporaterights&tld=org

Joke sites are always registered under their hosting companies, rather than any real names. Compare this to the whois of a real conservative website:

    http://www.iwhois.com/index.php?domain=nra&tld=org&lookup=Lookup&clean=1

You’ll notice they are registered under the name of their organization, not their hosting service. That’s because the NRA is a real organization and “patriots for corporate rights” is not.

It’s not too late to add a correction and save some face.

  3. Mikael, that website is satire. It’s a joke. Heck, why am I telling you this, you probably put it together.
