Cheney, like some Daddy Warbucks cartoon character of old, has been so blatant in his corruption of the nation’s second highest office that we seem to have become inured to further revelations of his evil influence. Instead of being shocked, we are more likely jaded by even more examples of the man’s use of his office to persistently undermine our democratic heritage. Too bad he wasn’t cursed by an overactive libido.

  1. THe impeachment cannot take place unless the rulers and or the most powerful take action. THe ones who control today are the ones who impeached CLinton back then.
Remember only a small minority rules this country. The rule is no longer in the hands of the people.

  2. Your not going to get anywhere with this congress with impeachment you might as well face it.Thats the way they get army JETS and favors.Like Nancy telling Bush impeachment is off the table, see she got a free trip while the rest was carring signs trying to stop the war. Which Bush knows they arent going to do nothing,so he can give out anything too them and thell pass his 2.9 trillion budget and us dummies will half to pay for it
If your going to get congress attention your going to half to send each one an inditment for not doing their job and all are guilty of WAR CRIMES—When your dealing with these kind of crinimals you got to show them you mean busines. Give them say 60 days to have the IRAQ war stopped and soldiers HOME. and Bushes budget turned downor the country is going to call a tax revolt and we also want rid of the whole IRS SYSTEM before 4/15 /07 and if this dosnt happen were going to riot.
This carring signs only on Saturday, the only time you can get a permit, when they all go home, just is no good. THANK YOU

  3. IMHO, Bush & Cheney have to be impeached simultaneously, otherwise we will end up with another incumbent Neocon, who will be in a good position to run for election in 2008 (and again in 2012!). I don’t know, but I’m hoping that a President who is being tried on articles of impeachment CAN’T pardon anyone. Does anyone know the answer to this? This is no time for our Congress to lose its nerve.

Nancy Pelosi has to promote impeachment and make sure that it is ‘on the table’. It’s not self-serving of her;it’s a large part of the reason that voters put the Dems in office in the last election. If justice is not done, then the Constitution will be truly dead, and we will be stuck with this Corporatist mess that Bush has created. We have already lost the writ of habeus corpus (the right to defend yourself in court, face your accusers, present evidence and have legal counsel, etc.) and Geneva Convention protection for our troops. The list of other impeachable offenses is too lengthy to list here…

Call your Congressperson and insist that they support articles of Impeachment of both Bush & Cheney.
