If Clinton was almost impeached for receiving a blow job, Bush must be held accountable for for his actions as well as those in his criminal administration. If the President is above all law, then why did we bother fighting the war of independence? We still are ruled by the tyrannical King George.
No man or woman of the United States of America, least of all the President, should ever be considered exempt from Constitutional authority. Speaker Pelosi is neglecting her responsibility to the Constitution and American citizens by saying that impeachment is off the table. President Bush should face legal action just as every other American citizen would for any other crime.
